Stoos Ridge Hike

The ridge path linking the Fronalpstock and Klingenstock peak is one of the must stunning high trails in the central part of Switzerland. With views to many lakes and other peaks. With a duration of around 2 hours hiking time, and 400 meters up and down, it is a medium mountain hiking trail.

Not for the faint-hearted: Almagell High-Altitude Trail Round Trip

A beautiful trail high above the timber line, spectacular views over the Saas Valley in Switzerland, this is the “Almageller Höhenweg”. The Saas Valley is located in the Canton Wallis in Switzerland, on the border to Italy.

Part of the hike is not for faint-hearted, but very spectacular.

Göscheneralp and Bergseehütte

The ‘Göscheneralp’ is a beautiful valley in the central part of Switzerland with an embankment dam building an artificial lake. The valley hosts several beautiful hikes and climbing routes. The area is the home of several SAC (Swiss Alpine Club) huts, including the Bergseehütte which is the topic of this hike.
