The flower looks like the Devil’s Bit Scabious – common in the limestone dales in the UK’s Peak District, where I live, at this time of year. I am not so good with bumble bees, though. There’s a site (and an app!) to help identify British bumble bees http://bumblebeeconservation.org/about-bees/identification/ but there are probably other species in Austria.
